Ciao!

Dal 1 giugno al 1 luglio saremo operativi dall’estero. Faremo base a New York, USA.

• Email: saremo reperibili come sempre via email all’indirizzo info@donostia.it. Potremmo avere dei tempi di risposta leggermente più lunghi per via del fuso orario.
• Call: i nostri cellulari italiani non funzioneranno. Per parlare con noi vi preghiamo di scriverci e di organizzare una call su Google Meet. La fascia oraria disponibile per le call sarà dalle 16:00 alle 18:00 ora italiana, dal lunedì al giovedì.
• L’assistenza ai siti sarà regolarmente garantita.
• Nella seconda metà di giugno proseguiremo le normali attività a ritmo ridotto. Eventuali task non svolti entro fine giugno saranno recuperati nella prima settimana di luglio, al rientro.

From June 1 to July 1 we will be operating from overseas. We will be based in New York, USA.

• Email: we will be available as always via email at info@donostia.it. We may have slightly longer response times due to the time difference.
• Call: our Italian cell phones will not work. To speak with us please write to us and arrange a call, which can take place on Google Meet. The time slot available for calls will be from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm CET time, Monday through Thursday.
• Site support will be regularly provided.
• During the second half of June we will continue our regular activity at a reduced pace. Any tasks not completed by the end of June will be caught up during the first week of July upon return.
